How fast can you start?
Most jobs under $30K start within 5–7 business days. Larger structural and pool work usually starts within 2–3 weeks once permits clear.
Do you handle permits?
Yes — we pull the demolition permit through the relevant city or county. You disconnect utilities at the meter before we start; we coordinate everything else.
What about asbestos?
For any home built before 1981 (residential), or before the asbestos rule changes for commercial, we coordinate an inspection by a TX DSHS-licensed inspector. If asbestos is present, abatement is done by a separately-licensed contractor before our demo begins.
Are you really licensed and insured?
Yes. $1M general liability, workers comp, commercial auto — all through State Farm. We can name your project or business as additional insured. Certificate available on request.
Why aren't you the cheapest quote?
Because cheap demo costs more in the long run. We carry real insurance, show up on time, finish on schedule, communicate daily, and leave the site broom-clean. The cheap guy quotes low to win the job, then disappears mid-project or hits you with change orders. We don’t operate that way.
