How long does a pool demolition take?
Most pool demos take 3–7 days on-site, depending on pool size, type (concrete vs. liner), and access. We give you a written schedule with the quote.
Do you handle the permit?
Yes — we pull the demolition permit with the relevant city or county. You disconnect utilities at the meter before we start; we coordinate everything else.
Will demolition damage my landscaping?
We protect access paths with plywood or rig mats, walk the route with you before we start, and work with you to minimize disruption. Some impact in the immediate work zone is unavoidable, but we leave the site broom-clean.
Can I just remove the pool deck?
Yes — deck-only demolition is one of our most common pool jobs, especially when you’re refinishing the pool or replacing the surround. We quote it as a standalone service.
What about the backfill — do you do that?
Yes. All our in-ground pool demo quotes include rough backfill and grading, so the site is ready for sod, gravel, or landscaping. No coordinating with a separate dirt contractor.
