What We Pick Up

How It Works
- Call or text (737) 259-6614 with the item(s) and your ZIP code.
- Send a photo if the item is unusual, oversized, or in a tricky spot (2nd floor walk-up, tight stairs, etc.).
- We quote you a flat rate on the spot.
- We schedule pickup — same-day if you catch us before noon, otherwise next-day is typical.
- We show up, haul it away, and dispose or donate it properly.
What Sets Us Apart
- Insured — general liability + workers’ comp. If your hardwood floors get scratched moving that pool table, we cover it. (National guys? Good luck.)
- Weekend pickups — Saturday and Sunday available. Most competitors are M-F only.
- We come inside — we don’t make you drag the couch to the curb. We come in, disassemble if needed, and haul it out.
- We handle apartment moves — 3rd floor walk-up with a couch? Not a problem.
- Donation-first mindset — items in usable condition go to Goodwill, Salvation Army, or Habitat ReStore. We save you the trip.
Special Notes on Certain Items
Refrigerators & freezers: Small extra fee due to coolant disposal regulations. Please defrost and empty before pickup.
Mattresses: Bagged in plastic before we haul (city dump charges extra for un-bagged mattresses). We provide the bag.
Pianos: Call ahead. Uprights are usually manageable with a 2-person crew. Baby grands need a 3-person crew + extra time. Both are doable.
Hot tubs: Add-on fee for draining + disassembly. Typically 90-120 minutes on-site.
TVs (CRT): Old tube TVs contain lead — special disposal, small extra fee.

Can I get same-day pickup?
Yes if you call before 11am — subject to crew availability. Weekend same-day usually possible with more notice.
What if I have 2 or 3 items instead of just one?
Same day, same trip. Multi-item rate is cheaper per item than single. Send us a list or photos and we’ll bundle them.
Do you take AC window units?
Yes. Small item, easy pickup.
