What if residents overfill the dumpster?
We warn residents against overfilling (creates safety issues + extra fees at the dump). If it happens, we bring a second dumpster instead of charging overage — you decide.
Can you have someone on-site during the event?
Yes — small hourly add-on for a crew member to manage the dumpster (turn away commercial dumpers, help residents load, keep it orderly).
What can residents put in the dumpster?
