Every estate is different. Some are neat and organized, just need everything sorted and removed. Others are decades of accumulated life — furniture in every room, boxes in the attic, tools in the garage, memories in every closet. We handle both, and we do it without judgment.

How It Works
- Call or text (737) 259-6614 to schedule a walk-through (free, no obligation). Send photos of the property if you can’t meet in person.
- We give you a flat-rate estimate based on volume, difficulty, and disposal costs. Not a “starting at” that jumps later. A real number.
- We schedule — same-week is typical. Weekend and after-hours available for out-of-town family flying in.
- We sort as we clear — donation-worthy items go to Goodwill or the Salvation Army (we save you the trip). Recyclables get separated. The rest goes to appropriate disposal.
- We leave the home broom-swept and ready for whatever comes next — listing, family walk-through, or turning over the keys.
Working with Estate Attorneys & Executors
We work with probate attorneys, estate executors, and out-of-state family regularly. If you’re an attorney handling a client’s estate, we can:
- Provide a written estimate on letterhead for your files
- Coordinate directly with your client’s out-of-state family
- Send progress photos as we clear each room
- Provide a final property photo set for closing files
- Bill directly to the estate through your firm

Estate cleanouts price based on:
- Volume (how much stuff — measured in truck loads)
- Weight (heavy items cost more at the dump)
- Access (single-family home vs. 3rd floor walk-up)
- Sorting complexity (some estates need itemization, others don’t)
Small 1-bedroom apartment cleanout: typically manageable in one day, one crew. Full 4-bedroom home with garage + attic: usually 2-3 days, 2-person crew. Call for a real number for your specific property — I don’t publish rates because they’d be wrong for your job.

Do you take everything, or just what’s on the estate list?
We take whatever you want removed. If the executor or family wants certain items kept aside (photos, jewelry, specific furniture), we set those aside as we go. Just tell us what stays.
Can you handle a hoarder-level estate?
Yes. We’ve cleared hoarder homes with 4+ tons of accumulated contents. No judgment, no additional “hoarder tax.” Just an honest estimate for the volume.
How much notice do you need?
For a large estate, 3-5 business days is ideal. Emergency cleanouts (property must be vacated fast) — call and we’ll figure it out.
Do you handle donation drop-off?
Yes. Items in good condition go to Goodwill, Salvation Army, or Habitat for Humanity ReStore. We handle the drop-off — you don’t need to.
What about shredding sensitive documents?
We can bag and haul documents to a certified shredder for a small add-on fee. Or bag them for you to shred at home. Whatever you prefer.
