Our top priorities will ALWAYS be safety and abiding by the law. Our trucks have a specified legal weight limit which dictates the 4 TON max capacity on our dumpsters. In the event this weight limit is exceeded, the driver may refuse pick up until the dumpster is unloaded to a safe weight at the renter’s expense. If an additional dumpster is needed to remove material from the overloaded dumpster, another dumpster can be ordered for delivery. Please remember the initial rental continues until the dumpster is loaded at a safe amount. If this issue causes your rental to exceed the included days, you will be billed for each additional day at the specified rate (refer to signed rental agreement for this rate).

The price of your dumpster rental includes one-time delivery and one-time pick-up, a specified amount of days of rental, and the fuel, environmental fees, and taxes associated with the dumpster size and weight ordered. Additionally, we charge per pound for any debris put into the dumpster. If a dumpster is kept longer than included days, is damaged, or has inappropriate waste in it, additional charges will be incurred by the renter. All waste will be disposed of in a fully approved and licensed disposal facility.

Certainly! Each of our dumpsters comes equipped with a rear door for your convenience. While these doors can fully open, please keep in mind that you’ll need an additional eight feet of clearance space behind the dumpster to ensure smooth operation.

All of our dumpster rentals are offered at a flat rate price that includes delivery, pick-up, disposal, and rental days. Any additional fees would include a tonnage overage if your trash weight went over the included amount of disposal or if you requested to extend your rental time. We let you know beforehand of any additional fees if they apply.
All reservations for our dumpster rentals require a valid major credit card in the renter’s name. Upon delivery, you may choose the option to pay by cash or check if desired. Otherwise, all rental fees will be charged to the credit card provided upon the time of reservation.
