How Special Event Rental Is Different

Regular dumpster rental is dropped, sits for days, gets picked up when it’s convenient. Event dumpsters have to be:

• Delivered on a specific day/time (day before the event usually)
• Placed discreetly — behind a tent, screened area, service side of the venue
• Available for peak trash volume during the event
• Picked up promptly after (usually next-morning) so the venue is clean for its next booking

We coordinate all of that. Send us the venue address, event date, and rough guest count and we’ll size the dumpster + schedule delivery/pickup right.

Pricing

Event dumpsters are priced by size + rental window (typically 24-48 hours around the event). Weekend events (Fri-Sun) get bundled pricing. Multi-day festivals get custom pricing based on daily haul frequency.

Ask about our event package: 1 dumpster + on-call haul between event days + morning-after final pickup. Fixed rate, no surprises.

Can you deliver at a specific time on the event day?
Yes — we schedule deliveries within a 2-hour window. Pickup same. If you need exact-time delivery (venue is only open 9-11am), tell us upfront.

Do you drop off screening or covering?
For upscale weddings we offer an optional decorative screen (extra charge) to hide the dumpster behind. Or you can have the venue place it near a service alley.

What about food waste + composting?
Standard event waste + food goes in the regular dumpster. If you want dedicated composting (some upscale events do), let us know and we can coordinate a separate compost bin through a partner service.

Can we get a same-week booking?
Yes for standard sizes. Peak wedding season (April-June, September-November) fills up faster — book 1-2 weeks ahead if you can.
