Storage unit cleanouts are priced by unit size + how full it is:

• Small (5×5 to 5×10) partially full — typically the low end
• Medium (10×10) full — middle
• Large (10×20 or 10×30) full — higher end, may need multiple trips
• Climate-controlled units on 2nd/3rd floor with elevator access — small surcharge for the extra time

What if I want to keep some items and toss the rest?
Standard workflow. You point, we haul. Or you sort into “keep” piles and we clear the “toss” pile. Whatever’s easiest.

Do you take mattresses and box springs?
Yes. Small disposal fee per mattress (city dump charges us extra for mattresses).

Can you drive the contents to Goodwill for me?
Yes — no extra charge for donation drop-off within the metro.

What if the unit is bigger than expected?
No surprise pricing. If the volume exceeds what you described, we tell you upfront BEFORE loading extra and give you the option to scope up or leave some items. No games.
